Alex Bell has always had a passion for sport and exercise. Competing to a national level in Tennis as a juniorbefore going to America to play in the NCAA Collegiate system. Her participation in sport fuelled her interest in nutrition, not just for performance, but also to the challengestraining schedules and pressure to achieve can have on one’s ability to fuel adequately and recover well.

Alex’s philosophy is one that focuses on the athlete’s overall health. She aims to support athletes with theirnutrition goals to support not just performance, but their overall health and relationship with food. Alex continues to uphold an active lifestyle. Her main sports of competition and participation are tennis andlong distance running, however, loves to watch and try any sports. She has completed many half and fullmarathons over the years including the original marathon from Marathon to Athens. Past sports Alex has competed in include AFL, netball and swimming. This included playing for Australia'sspirit team in the ANZAC day AFL game in Villers Bretonneux, France.

Emily has always been passionate about health and all sports, with a particular interest in cycling (criterium and road racing), triathlon, running, team sports (AFL, basketball, netball), low energy availability / REDs,eating disorders and disordered eating. Emily’s love for supporting athletes stems from growing up playing representative basketball, supporting Carlton Football Club and her ongoing participation in local criterium and road races across Melbourne.

Emily enjoys working with all people to achieve their health and performance goals, no matter what age or level of competition. Emily is known for her nurturing personality, individualised and weight inclusive approach to providing nutrition support. She thrives supporting people to make sustainable changes to their nutrition and develop a positive relationship with food to achieve optimal health and performance outcomes. Emily’s areas of interest include working with junior and elite athletes to adequately fuel their training and competition, people experiencing an eating disorder (18 years and older), disordered eating, or those wanting to improve their relationship with food. Outside of this role you will find Emily road cycling, competing in local criterium races or out exploring on her gravel bike.
