I have been working as a sport & performance psychologist within elite sport, and clinically for over 20 years,specialising in elite performance and eating disorders. In recent years I have trained specifically in Neurodiversity and applied that to the sporting world allowing greater adaptation within environments to accommodate neurodiverse athletes in all settings and assist coaches to most effectively manage and
support these athletes.
Throughout my career I have been involved in the media through specialist comments and hosting various programs in sport and mental health. Public speaking and corporate speaking are also regular parts of my working life
