Paiche is a compassionate and experienced Registered Psychologist who earned her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Western Sydney University in 2016. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being in the private practice sector. Paiche provides evidence-based psychological treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and others.

Paiche adopts a practice that is tailored to suit the individual needs of each client, ensuring personalised care and support. Paiche works with clients across all age groups, addressing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, selfesteem issues, adjustment difficulties, bullying, grief, domestic violence, and behavioural concerns. She has a particular interest for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s complexities. Additionally, Paiche is an accredited SIRA and NDIS healthcare provider, and is qualified to deliver specialised programs such as the Tuning into Kids Parenting Program and Maudsley Family Therapy. She has experience facilitating group therapy sessions as well as administration of cognitive and adaptive assessments. Paiche's approach is warm and empathetic, creating a unique and safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Her goal is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and help them build resilience for a healthier & more fulfilling life. Paiche offers appointments primarily via tele-health, with face-to-face appointments available when possible.
