BIO
After graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Podiatric Practice in 2014, Alysha has spent over a decade diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions related to lower limb biomechanics. Her focus is on helping people move better—whether it's recovering from injury, preventing it, or optimising performance.

Alysha has extensive experience working in both private practice and the public health sector, with a strong focus on treating elite, sub-elite, and recreational athletes of all ages. From children taking their first sporting steps to seasoned professionals, she tailors her approach to meet the specific demands of each individual. In addition to her clinical work, Alysha has also worked within the footwear industry, deepening her understanding of how footwear influences movement, and injury risk.In 2017, she spent five months in Niseko, Japan, working as a podiatrist to customise ski and snowboard boots, troubleshoot complex fitting issues, and craft performance-enhancing footbeds.

When she’s not busy helping others stay active, you’ll likely find Alysha walking around Yarra Bend with her husband and little one, soaking up some fresh air and family time.
