Face-to-Face Remedial Massage and Myotherapy

M

Remedial Massage and Myotherapy are specialist soft tissue treatment modalities which assist with recovery from muscle soreness, in resolving acute and chronic pain, and with the management and prevention of injuries arising from sport, work, stress, post-operation, recreational activities and general daily living.  Our Myotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists work closely with our other clinic practitioners in all stages of the management of sporting injuries.

Myotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists have a long history of involvement with sporting teams and clubs, and our therapists’ interest and expertise in musculoskeletal health and treatment carries over to providing excellence in care to the public in general. At OPSMC we assist athletes and non-athletes of all ages and levels. We treat elite competitors, beginners, weekend warriors and desk jockeys alike with the same professionalism and attention to care.
